The Executive Centre is officially launched in Dubai
The Executive Centre has officially launched in Dubai, with an outstanding opening event held on the 5th July 2018, the first time that our network has grown beyond the more than 125 centres currently operating within the Asia Pacific region. As one of the fastest growing economies in the world with a reputation as a progressive business hub, Dubai is an exciting opportunity to develop our presence globally while supporting the strategic growth of our members. CEO and Chairman of The Executive Centre, Paul Salnikow explains some of the reasons for this important expansion, “Many may know Dubai as the fourth richest nation in the world, a fact that is clearly impressive, but The Executive Centre is extending its network and membership coverage to Dubai because it’s also one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, with expats from over 160 countries comprising over 85% of the population joining the Emiratis to make Dubai their home.”
Dubai is a rapidly growing market for commercial real estate, and our centre is located at One Central, Dubai World Trade Centre, a market-leading, Grade A development. The Executive Centre Dubai will house 288 workstations in addition to offering more than 40 seats within the exclusive member lounge and cafe. The centre itself is composed of premium interiors and designer furnishings with a variety of multi-use spaces, meeting and conference facilities, as well as dedicated co-working arrangements. All spaces will be supported by state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated team of on-site professionals. This centre is unique in Dubai because it has both onshore and free zone areas, making it the first flexible workspace to have both these areas on the same floor. This will give members an added level of flexibility when they structure their business presence in Dubai.
